It brings together institutional investors to exchange perspectives with governments, improve transparency, and contribute to more resilient and forward‑looking economies.

This is a standalone engagement initiative. Participation does not imply or require any specific investment actions, products, or allocation decisions.

Governments shape the policy frameworks, fiscal priorities and institutional settings that determine how entire economies respond to climate change. Climate transition outcomes have long‑term implications for growth, public finances and economic resilience.

Through structured dialogue, investors and policymakers can develop a clearer shared understanding of climate‑related risks, opportunities and implementation challenges while fully respecting national sovereignty and democratic processes.

Acting together allows investors to engage more consistently, coherently and credibly with sovereign issuers, supported by independent research and data-driven insights rather than ad‑hoc or bilateral discussions.

What the initiative does

• Uses independent, publicly available research (including ASCOR) to inform engagement priorities
• Encourages transparency and accountability on climate-related economic risks
